Announcement of Fairness Assurance

The personnel of WooRiGiSul Co., Ltd. hereby declare the following in performing their duties as a KOLAS accredited calibration entity, by understanding the significance of impartiality in accordance with the requirements of KS Q ISO/IEC 17025, and by excluding any conflicts of interest, ensuring objectivity and independence, and carrying out calibration activities in the fairest manner:

The staffs shall:

1. Perform their tasks fairly in relation to their assigned responsibilities, while the management ensures fairness.

2. Ensure that external organizations carrying out our delegated tasks do not compromise the fairness of calibration activities.

3. Continuously conduct the risk analysis assessments for all elements potentially affecting fairness, identifying ongoing internal and external risks that could impact fairness, and implementing measures to eliminate or minimize risks.

4. Acknowledge the responsibility for fairness in conducting calibration activities, refuse to succumb to any commercial, financial, or other internal or external pressures or unjust demands that undermine fairness, and guarantee the abstention from conducting calibration activities in case of conflicts of interest.

5. Abstain from providing services such as marketing activities that could compromise fairness, as they engage in calibration tasks.
